Pop-Up Record Store

Rubedo will be releasing their highly anticipated third full-length record Vaca on Friday, December 1st, and we are celebrating with a popup local music record store at Understudy all weekend!

Rubedo will be selling Vaca on Vinyl and CD, along with recorded music from many local (and even some national) independent artists. A few special guests will be selling their personal record collections as a one-time bonus for you crate diggers.

When you’re done browsing for records you can check out original art work by Mike Giant and immerse yourself in listening booths with instillations by Victor Escobedo and Moon Magnet Studios.

Come get to know Denver’s thriving artist community and support them by purchasing your holiday gifts from the creatives themselves. Dig into some art, have a drink, and kick it like you know you should!

Understudy is located at the Colorado Convention Center / Theatre District light rail stop near 14th and Stout. Look for the B-Cycle station next to the light rail tracks or Shantell Martin’s art bench.

**We recommend you take the light rail on Friday and Saturday nights! Parking will be a challenge due to the Parade of Lights on those evenings. **
