https://limelightart.net/Micromonumental Mapping: Essence of Creation is viewed through the window of a ground floor retail space in the 16th Street Center Parking Garage, located at 951 16th Street. The 5-minute projection is looped nightly from Sunset - 2:00 AM.
This projection mapping artwork, created by Limelight, features a 3D-printed, 1/40-scale model of the Opéra de Lille in France. Inspired by the neoclassical architecture of this historic building, the artwork explores the duality of creation; building and demolishing. Creation is constant magic, where chaos becomes order, and new paths are formed. Eventually these new forms are broken down into particles and the cycle repeats.

Micromonumental Mapping: Essence of Creation is part of the SPARK program. SPARK is an after-dark light and projection program hosted throughout downtown. Using the latest in projection mapping technology and equipment, the Denver Theatre District and Downtown Denver Business Improvement District have found a way to fill temporarily empty spaces with light and magic.
