There is nothing in the world that brings smiles to faces of all ages more than a goofy rubber duck. The Big Bath is a celebration of 2D animation, nostalgia and positivity. It was created with original drawings on canvas and animated using a tablet and a couple of simple apps.

Life is a mess of stress. Take a moment to float like a rubber duck during bath time.

About the Artist

Charly Fasano, aka “the city mouse”, is a poet, filmmaker, illustrator and block printer from Denver, Colorado. He has released two spoken word records accompanied by the music of Memphis’ Lucero. His short animated films have appeared at the No Budget Film Festival, Blackbird Film Festival and The Lowlands Film Festival. His short animated film Teddy’s Bowling Alley was awarded a Jury Prize at the Machinima Expo 7 Film Fest in 2014. Books of his poems have been published by Sunnyoutside Press (Buffalo NY) and Spartan Press (Kansas City). His drawings and poems have appeared in Suspect Press Magazine, Yellow Rake Magazine and Birdy Magazine.  Named to the Westword Magazine’s 100 Creatives 4.0 list, his drawings and paintings have also featured in exhibitions at Bitfactory Gallery and Cabal Gallery in Denver. He currently publishes Walk Off Hot magazine.
